Vetra Inc. (Massachusetts, USA) respects your privacy. This policy explains what we collect on this website, why, and what choices you have.

Information we collect

• Pre-order and contact details — your name, email address, inquiry category, and message.
• Order and payment details — shipping address and purchase history. Card numbers are entered directly with our payment processor (Shopify) and are never stored on our servers.
• Basic technical data — standard server logs needed to operate and secure the site.

This website does not collect facial images, skin scans, or other biometric identifiers. Any such features exist only in the Vetra mobile app and will be governed by that app's own consent flow and privacy disclosures.

How we use it

To fulfill and support your order, to process payments and membership renewals, to respond to inquiries, and to send you service messages such as launch, shipping, and pre-renewal notices. We do not sell or share your personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising.

Service providers

We use Shopify for payment processing and a managed cloud database provider for storing pre-order and contact records. These providers process your data only to deliver services to us.

Retention

We keep order and consent records as long as needed for the membership relationship and for the period required by tax and consumer protection law. Contact inquiries are kept until resolved and for a reasonable period afterward.

Your rights

Depending on where you live, you may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal information, and you may opt out of marketing email at any time. Email lindsey@thevetramethod.com and we will respond within the timeframe required by applicable law.

Children

This site is not directed to children under 16 and we do not knowingly collect their data.
