These Terms govern your purchase of The Vetra Method pre-order and your use of this website, operated by Vetra Inc. (Massachusetts, USA). By placing a pre-order you agree to these Terms.
The Founding Member pre-order is a $50.00 USD charge, collected today, that reserves your place in the first production run of the six-piece Vetra system and your Founding Member access to the Vetra app when it launches in the Apple App Store.
Your pre-order enrolls you in the Vetra Intelligent Beauty Membership on the following schedule, which you expressly authorize at checkout:
This is a recurring, automatically renewing subscription. Your payment method is securely stored by our payment processor and charged on the schedule above. You may cancel at any time, and you must cancel at least 24 hours before a renewal date for that cancellation to apply to that renewal. Cancel by emailing lindsey@thevetramethod.com. We confirm every cancellation in writing.
Physical products ship after the Vetra app launches in the Apple App Store. If we cannot ship your first system within 30 days of your pre-order, we will notify you of the revised date and you may either consent to the delay or cancel your pre-order for a full refund of the $50.00 pre-order charge. Shipping is currently available to the United States, Canada, the United Kingdom, and Australia. Risk of loss passes on delivery to the carrier.

Scope of practice notice
The Vetra Method is created by a licensed esthetician in Massachusetts, USA. Esthetics is a cosmetic practice. Vetra observes, tracks, educates, and supports the appearance of skin. Vetra does not diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease or medical condition, does not provide medical advice, and is not a substitute for care from a physician, dermatologist, or other licensed healthcare provider. Always consult a qualified provider about any health concern, and never delay seeking care because of something you read here.
Vetra content, guidance, scans, and products are cosmetic and educational. They are intended to support the appearance of skin — texture, tone, and comfort — and are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease. Individual results vary. Before-and-after imagery reflects individual experiences and is not a promise of results.
You must be at least 18 years old to purchase. Products are for external cosmetic use only. Discontinue use and consult a provider if irritation occurs. If you are pregnant, nursing, under a physician's care, or using prescription topicals, consult your provider before use.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Vetra Inc. is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Our total liability for any claim relating to a purchase is limited to the amount you paid for that purchase. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Massachusetts, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Nothing here waives rights you have under Massachusetts consumer protection law (M.G.L. c. 93A).
