Billing schedule

• $50.00 USD today — Founding Member pre-order.
• $297.00 USD 30 days after the Vetra app launches in the Apple App Store.
• $297.00 USD every 3 months thereafter, until canceled.

How to cancel

Email lindsey@thevetramethod.com from the address on your order, or use the contact form. Cancellation must be received at least 24 hours before your renewal date to apply to that renewal. Cancellations received inside that 24-hour window take effect at the following renewal. We reply with written confirmation.

Refunds

Charges are non-refundable, including the $50.00 pre-order charge and each $297.00 Seasonal Collection charge once billed. Canceling stops future charges; it does not refund charges already made.

Two exceptions, required by law

• Shipping delay. If we cannot ship your first system within 30 days of your pre-order, we will notify you with a revised date. You may consent to the delay or cancel for a full refund of the $50.00 pre-order charge.
• Damaged, defective, or incorrect items. Email us within 14 days of delivery with photos and we will replace the item or refund it.

Statutory rights

Nothing in this policy limits rights you have under applicable consumer protection law, including Massachusetts General Laws chapter 93A. Vetra Inc. honors chargeback and dispute processes required by our payment processor and card networks.
